Not a Scam

I will be finished with all the modules of MSS probably by the end of this week. I've learned a lot. I also started over from the beginning to refresh my memory. I realized that there are a lot of stuff I missed, so, it's a good idea after going through everything, to review everything.

Have I made money? Let's see, I paid $77 for MSS, blew $30 on a solo ad that didn't work for me, paid $45 for another solo ad that will run in about 2 weeks, and thanks to readers of this blog, Heimir and Oscar, I made $42 and $67 respectively in affiliate commissions. Much love to you guys. So I'm only in the hole at this moment at about $42. Not good, but I'm not upset because a week ago, I was in the hole at over $100. So, I see potential. MSS can work. I just have to keep working it, and I will.

So is it a scam? No. My take is that Jonny believes in this product and is not out to steal money. He doesn't give you just a piece of the puzzle and try to lead you on to another product for $1000, and another product for $5000, and another product for $10,000. He gives you everything you need. I understand that when he makes updates as he learns new stuff, he shares it with his customers at no cost. He makes himself readily available to answer questions too. Is it perfect? No. I think it does give a little information overload here and there, but nothing too bad. Is it worth the money? Yes. I'm glad I purchased it. What I learned in the last 2 weeks with MSS is good, practical information. Is this the end of the review? No, I will continue to post my progress until I feel I worked this system to the bone. I'm back at the beginning to implement some other strategies. Stay tuned for more posts this weekend.

Heimir and Oscar - I'm looking forward to hearing from you with your take on the products you purchased.

  1. hey no problem. one thing though, i cant find a members page in the website to see the modules. i dont know how to log in... and when i go to the affiliates page, theres no link in there or anything, just 2 testimonials, so i dont know whats up.
and have u done module one? it seems "easy" so im thinking of trying it out. the thing is, im not a writer at all, so i dont know how id be able to sell something

  2. After you purchase the program, Jonny emails the link that takes you to the download page. First you are offered module X, and at the bottom of that page is the link that really takes you to the download page, where you'll see all the modules. You'll have to right click one by one on the list and save all the modules to your computer. I don't think there is a members page. Save that email from Jonny...you might need it again if you need to get those modules.
I'm doing module 1 again, and it is kinda simple. Jonny says if you can't write, search the internet for PLR (Private Label Rights) products. You can use PLR articles as your own work without getting in trouble for it.
I hope that answered your questions. If not, let me know.

  4. Oscar, yes it is a bit too much for someone that may not know a lot of the technicalities, I agree. With this system, you have to take your time, learn one thing at a time, and try that one thing. When you are comfortable with that, then try the next thing. I don't think I'll be doing the ppc and adwords thing for a little while.

For now, I'll stick with the clickbank affiliate stuff, and making the free pages on squidoo. I felt the same way you did, as you can see in my Information Overload post. I was in that same module about ppc and adwords when I wrote that post. Don't fret, I'm here to help. My advice is to go through the modules, then start over from the beginning and start doing some of the easier stuff first. Email me or Jonny any questions you may have about anything. I think you can make money with the stuff you'll learn, but take your time with it.

  5. Oh yeah, mark on your calendar the 60 days end point of the money back guarantee. I know I did. I'll say give it another 50 days, and if you still feel like it's not for you, get your money back. I know if I'm not profitable by my 60 days, I'll get my money back too - because the sales page gave me more hope.

There is a lot of useful info in the system. But you're learning from Jonny, who may not be the best teacher for you. It's like learning basic medical procedures from a 30 year neurosurgeon veteran. He may go a little too fast and glaze over some basic stuff at times, but he does know his stuff.

  6. More advice for Oscar: here are some basic steps you can do:

    1. Get your free clickbank account.
    2. Search for something in clickbank you'd want to be the affiliate of. Just pick one thing for now - it can even be MSS if you want.
    3. After you pick that one thing you wouldn't mind promoting, get your clickbank hoplink id for that product.
    4. Go to Squidoo and make a page promoting that product (follow Jonny's instructions on creating a Squidoo page.

There's no guarantee that the page will make you money, but it'll be a good start. From there, whether it works for you or not, you will start to come up with more ideas, because things will start to make more sense.

    Email me for anything.

  8. Thanks Whistler; thanks for following the blog too. I'm very close to completing all the modules and the next post will probably be my overall review of the system, good and bad.

  9. Dax, thank you for your honest review of the product. Honesty, I have noticed, is not nearly as abundant as claims of “possible” income. Good to see integrity in the presence of “hop” links. Kudos to you!

  10. Thanks. I realize honesty wouldn't help me sell this crap, but I guess I wanted to create something that I couldn't seem to find anywhere to help me with my purchase.

This blog is probably against everything MSS teaches, but that's ok. I guess I'll just have to make my money another way. (maybe the module 4 way)
